Dutugemunu

 Dutugemunu also known as Duttagamini abaya was a king of the Anuradhapura kingdom who reigned from 161.B.C to 137 B.C. He is renowned for reunting the whole island of Sri lanka by defeating and over throwing Elara. The usurping Tamil prince from the chola kingdom . Who had invaded the Anuradhapura kingdom in 205 B.C. Dutugamunu also expanded and beautified the city Anurdhapura and projected the power of his native Rajarata region cross the island of Sri lanka
